What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the fields you provide: first name, last name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), a project-type selection, and your message.

How we use it

Inbound messages are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to understand what brought you to us. We do not use this data for unsolicited marketing.

Who it’s shared with

Contact form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the CRM we use to manage inquiries. The site is hosted on Vercel. These are our only sub-processors. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

We retain contact submissions for as long as the business relationship (or prospective relationship) is active, and delete on request at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@agentcylabs.com. We respond within one business day on weekdays.

Cookies and tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses or other identifiers that could track you across sites.
